The M18 is a smoke grenade featured in Hell Let Loose.
How to use[]
Toss the smoke grenades in front of the enemy you want to blind.
Do not toss the smoke grenades directly in front of your squad and then run through the smoke. You will be walking blind, and your enemy will see you running out of the smoke before you will be able to see them.

Note that you can restock to your maximum number of grenades whenever you resupply at an Explosive Ammo Box.
