The M43 Stielhandgranate is a German fragmentation grenade featured in Hell Let Loose, utilized by the German Army. Like all hand grenades, the throwing distance depends on the player's stance and whether they are moving, with a maximum throwing range of 50 meters.
It is a simplified design compared to the M24 Stielhandgranate, and is much more prevalent among loadouts (only the German Rifleman Level III loadout contains the M24 Stielhandgranate).
